Welcome to the Atlantic Works Conference Center

The AWCC is a conference center/coworking space for non-profit organizations as well as participating tenants of the Atlantic Works Office Complex, located at 57 Charter Oak Avenue, Hartford, CT, adjacent to Capewell Lofts. Free parking is available on-site. 

The easily accessible space includes a myriad of amenities, including seven conference rooms with advanced video technology, a copier machine, and a shared kitchen space. In addition, the workspace boasts several open-office touch-down areas that provide members with flexible options to work from. 

Memberships start as low as $84 per month.

What's In The Space?


Inside the AWCC there are seven conference/meeting rooms, each equipped with video conferencing technology, with seating accommodations for the following:

  • AWCC Board Room: 10-12 person capacity
  • AWCC Large Conference Room: 30-40 person capacity (30 seats available)
  • AWCC  Multi-purpose Room: 30-50 person capacity (30 seats available)
  • Atlantic Works Building 2: Wyllys Conference Center 10-person capacity
  • Atlantic Works Building 1 - Suite 210A: 6-8 person capacity
  • Atlantic Works Building 1 - Suite 210B: 6-8 person capacity
  • Atlantic Works Building 1 - Suite 210C: 4-person capacity
Outside of the conference and meeting spaces, membership includes access to a copier machine, billed on a monthly basis per organization; a limited number of walk-up work spaces including desks and open cubicles, available on a first-come-first-serve basis; and a shared kitchen and adjacent seating area available as a shared amenity during regular business hours.
 
As part of a cooperative environment, members will be responsible for setup & cleanup for any events held in the AWCC.
